VGP – The capital of Ha Noi will allow karaoke bars, pubs and discos to reopen from March 23 after having gone 35 days without new local COVID-19 cases, Chairman of the Ha Noi People’s Committee Chu Xuan Dung has said.

VGP - Party General Secretary and State President Nguyen Phu Trong and Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc delivered welcome remarks and opening remarks, respectively, at the opening ceremony of the 37th ASEAN Summit this morning.

VGP - The 5th Ha Noi International Film Festival (HANIFF) 2018 will be scheduled for October 27-31.
