This is a great honor and pride for the cadres, their families, the Hai Ba Trung District Party Committee, and the Hanoi Party Committee, she said.

She expressed gratitude for the efforts of the Hai Ba Trung District Party Committee, local authorities and people, especially the veteran Party members, in accomplishing these results.
She called on the veteran Party members to continue serving as role models and inspire younger generations of Party officials and members with their passion, wisdom, and experience.
