They have been successful in fulfilling the missions entrusted to them by the Party, the State, and the people.
Since the beginning of the year, Hanoi Public Security Department has ensured the absolute safety of more than 2,000 events. He stressed that Hanoi, as the nation's political and administrative center, and a major hub of culture, science, education, economy, and international exchange, has experienced significant development over the past 80 years, particularly during 40 years of reform.
He affirmed that the People's Public Security Force has made an important contribution to this success.
He noted: "You have always been the core force, the reliable support of the Party Committee, the authorities, and the people of the capital. With a population of around 10 million and rapid urbanization, Hanoi faces many challenges in maintaining public order and security. Yet, the city has consistently ensured political stability, social order, and absolute safety without being caught unprepared in any situation. Hanoi remains peaceful and secure."
